The Graylyn Estate conference facilities offer over 15,000 square feet of meeting space with plenty of natural light. Unique and spacious breakout rooms with inspiring and functional outdoor meeting space are available along with modern technology, including all-in-one touch panel podiums.
Meeting packages offer a simplified pricing plan that combines group meals, break service, and meeting space, as well as audio/visual components into one all-inclusive price per person. Offering both great value and generous variety, these packages help to make the planning process less burdensome.
The Manor House
Featuring a spiral staircase that leads to the Main Conference Room and the Seminar Conference Room, which was once the carriage house, as well as breakout spaces and unique dining areas such as the sunken stone Front Porch, The Manor House is a breathtaking backdrop for gatherings of all sorts.

The Mews
The French word for "stables," the Gray family originally designed this area as a working farm. Nowadays, after much renovation, the Mews makes for a simply spectacular meeting place, with a cobblestone courtyard and the architectural features of a French cottage. The Graylyn Estate's largest meeting space, The Mews Conference Room, is housed in this building along with four breakout rooms.

Management House
Ideal for meetings with large general sessions and several adjoining breakout sessions, the aptly named Management House offers a more focused environment. This venue features four meeting spaces with a terrace courtyard and a dedicated break area.

Bernard Cottage
During the 7 years of construction, the Gray family temporarily resided in the Bernard Cottage. This building, steps away from the Manor House, is now home to the Bernard Conference Room and the ideal place for a meeting or social reunion.
