• Manor House – Featuring the Bowman Gray Suite and the Nathalie Gray Suite, this original 1930s resident and guestroom floor offers modern amenities in 34 elegant guestrooms, including 13 antique guestrooms which boast original architectural details. The house also features private dining rooms, outdoor dining, meeting rooms, and breakout spaces.
• The Mews – The Mews offers 35 guestrooms with suite options and is inspired by French cottages resembling a Normandy quadrangle. After extensive renovation, The Mews was re-opened in April 2012. The property features a private conference area and breakout spaces, a private dining room, and a full-service hospitality area complete with a business service center, gift shop, and fitness center.
• Bernard Cottage – During the construction of The Graylyn Estate, this cottage served as the temporary residence for the Gray family. The cottage offers nine guestrooms and is quaint and a bit secluded. Guests can enjoy the walking paths, swimming pool, and ponds in the vicinity of the property.
• Gardener's Cottage – Originally home to the estate gardener in 1932, this cottage is ideal for wedding parties, golf outings, or family events. The cottage offers four premium guestrooms, private baths, and a parlor room. This cottage is located near the Mews and is ideal for intimate gatherings.
• Bungalows – Previously only used by the Graylyn personnel, the Bungalows offers three unique guestrooms and one estate suite in the heart of the estate grounds, yet offer the ultimate in privacy. The full amenities of the estate are just a short walk away.
