Dining at Flatheim is an experience on its own with most ingredients harvested right in the gardens and farm of the hotel. Eggs are harvested fresh from the chicken coops each morning allowing guests to have an authentic farm-to-table experience. Every evening Flatheim offers its guests a three-course meal served at the farm Storehuset. The dishes always include meat, fish, fresh vegetables, berries, fruits and herbs from the local farmers, anglers, or from the hotel's own garden. Along with dinner, guests will be entertained with storytelling about the farm, family, village, culinary heritage and more. Guests can experience a one-of-a-kind meal along with learning about the history of the hotel and its people.
