The dining and drink options available at the Omni Severin in downtown Indianapolis can only be described as “well-rounded,” as something is available for nearly every kind of traveler, all with an authentic Midwest flair.

From a rustic farm-to-table experience featuring locally sourced ingredients used to make the dishes of yesteryear, a sports bar that features juicy burgers, locally brewed beers, and big-bowl salads, and finally, a classy, wine bar for those with particular palates and a hankering for small plates.

This locally and regionally sourced restaurant based in the historic Omni Severin is dedicated to re-creating Midwestern recipes of the early 20th century with farm-fresh ingredients of today (due to time-travel not being invented yet, the restaurant is unable to use authentic ingredients imported directly from the past) and a modern twist. Named after the year the hotel was built, signature dishes include Miller Farms Half Chicken, Root-Beer Cured Pork Chop, Indiana Onion Pie, and Sugar Cream Pie.

Severin Bar
Drink like a Hoosier before venturing out to catch a Pacers or Colts' game at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse or Lucas Oil Stadium. Order a burger and a locally brewed beer or finely crafted cocktail and a big-bowl salad and view sports on the 12 HDTV large screens located throughout the bar.
