Once the library of St. Mary’s University, El Colegio Bar has been reborn as San Antonio’s newest truly local bar. Guests will travel back in time and be immersed in a space representative of both pre-and post-prohibition eras with hand-crafted Texas-inspired cocktails, local craft beers, and the best margaritas on the River Walk. The food menu is designed to complement the cocktail and wine menu offering approachable food at a reasonable price. Small bites such as marinated spiced olives, rosemary & sea salt Marcona almonds to more classic items like the old School cheeseburger, spicy chicken wings, and chipotle lime rock shrimp tacos are also available.
