Accessible features include lowered peepholes on room doors, lowered wall-mounted thermostats and closet rods, flashing fire alarms, accessible commodes and sinks, and lowered towel bars and grab bars surrounding all toilets, showers, and bathtubs. In addition, showers have hand-held shower sprayers with extensions and shower benches. Other features are available upon request.

Hearing and Mobility Accessible Room
These Washington DC Hearing Accessible Rooms feature an accessible tub or roll-in shower and are available with one king, one queen, two queen, or two double beds. The room also has a visual alarm, and notification devices for the doorbell or door knock and incoming telephone calls.

Hearing and Mobility Accessible Executive Level Room
Furnished with one king, one queen, or two double beds, Hearing Accessible Executive Level Room are equipped with an accessible tub or roll-in shower. Hearing accessible rooms are also furnished with a visual alarm, and notification devices for the doorbell or door knock and incoming telephone calls. In addition to the standard amenities afforded in all of Capital Hilton's accommodations, guests staying in Executive Level Rooms are granted the exclusive amenities of the private Executive Lounge.
