A stay at the historic Basin Harbor Club is a splendid opportunity to unwind in comfortable style and verdant, natural surroundings. All cottage accomodations and rooms are carefully tailored to meet guest needs, whether they desire a romantic getaway in Vermont, a sprawling cottage for an extended family or a logically organized work retreat or meeting. Guests may choose to stay in one of three historic guesthouses or escape to one of the private cottages—149 rooms in all, ranging from 200 to 1,400 sq ft and scattered over 700 acres.

All guest quarters exude a New England charm and are within walking distance of Basin Harbor’s myriad activities and facilities. Many boast views of Lake Champlain, golf course, or gardens. Studio cottages are one-room structures, about the same size as a freestanding hotel room. The bedroom and living room are in the same room. The cottage accommodations are positioned in several different locations such as lakefront, golf course or in a more central location. Accommodations include private bath, refrigerator/wet bar area, as well as a screened porch or deck. One-bedroom cottages will offer a separate bedroom and living room with a double pullout sofa in the living room. All cottages will have either a screened-in porch or a deck. Units will offer a refrigerator and wet bar area. Locations will vary from lakeside, central, wooded areas or near the golf course.
