Policies:

• Room rates include local tax and service charges.
• A credit card is required to complete the online booking. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the amount of the first night seven (7) days before arrival.
• Guests can cancel free of charge up to seven (7) days prior to arrival.
• In the event of a cancellation after seven (7) days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equal to the rate of a one-night stay will be charged.
• Modifications must be made in advance by canceling the confirmed reservation and creating a new one.
• Full payment is due at checkout. Accepted payment methods include Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Diners Club, and cash (EUR). 
• In the event of a no-show, a cancellation fee equal to the rate of a one-night stay will be charged.
