Referred to as a "culinary pearl," Vertshuset’s Restaurant located in the Rammgården building is passionate about using ecologically cultivated regional produce and free-range beef and chicken. Dishes are prepared with inspiration from the Mediterranean with touches of tradition incorporating flavors from the mountains, the plains, and the sea. The decor at the restaurant is inspired by 19th century bourgeois parlours in Røros, when furnishings and decor followed the latest European trends.

As one of the few cellars in Roros open to the public, Rammkjellar'n Pub has retained a traditional warm hometown feel while maintaining a lively spirit. The bar's solid stone walls were originally a cash vault for Røros Savings Bank's during the early 1700s. Light snacks and fare, aperitifs, a wide selection of beverages, and entertainment is available at Rammkjellar'n.
