Bastion Pool, Bar, and Restaurant: As one of Malta’s most beloved dining destinations, there is no doubt an immense passion for food The award-winning chefs use local produce, including fresh herbs and vegetables from the hotel’s gardens, to create memorable dishes. Indulge in the Matcha Tea Basque Cheesecake served with a refreshing mango & ginger sorbet.
