The K Club offers a wide variety of meeting rooms that can accommodate any size by reconfiguring room and customizing the space to meet guests specifications. There are fourteen rooms and suites to choose from and all are equipped with the latest audio/visual and internet technologies making it useful for professional meetings and events being able to connect and communicate seamlessly to participants wherever they are located.
The K Club also offers a unique Team Building onsite activities such as archery, falconry, and horseback riding.

The Tower Room: Located in the original house of The K Club, the Tower Room features an antique boardroom table, dark wood mahogany panelling, and large windows to provide natural sunlight and offer beautiful views of the front of the hotel. The Tower Room is ideal for executive meetings, seating up to ten people.

Palmer Room: Located in the Palmer clubhouse, the room includes an exclusive terrace with incredible views of the Palmer North golf course. The room also features a private entrance and bar for convenience.

Legacy Suite: The largest meeting space on the resort, the Legacy Suite is gorgeous ballroom located on the ground floor. The room is bright and airy with views onto the 18th green of the Palmer South golf course.

The Tara Suite: Located in the resort's original house and built by Hugh Barton in 1832, it is the perfect venue for wining and dining guests at The K Club. The room includes an open fire-place, antique furnishings and some original art.

The Lakeview Room: Located in The Palmer clubhouse, it is a private room for small meetings and events.

Inis Mór: The Inis Mór is a room located within the hotel and offers direct access to the gardens. It's suitable for larger groups and for presentations or training.

The Garden Room: The Garden Room is beautifully decorated and is adorned with history and heritage. The room provides an abundance of natural sunlight and leads out toward the landscaped gardens.

The Library: The library is small filled with books and luxurious soft couches and furnishings. The room is ideal for small and intimate meetings or can be used as a breakout being closely located next to the Tower Room and The Tara Suite.

The Studio: The Studio is the most flexible meeting room and can host up to fifty people. The room is ideal for presentations, training, or professional meetings.

The Loft: The Loft can host up to ten people and is suitable for breakout sessions being closely located to larger meeting rooms. The Loft also provides direct access to the outdoor terrace area.

The Study: The Study is spacious and provides an ample amount of daylight with an outdoor terrace overlooking the grounds. The Study is set up in a boardroom style and can host meetings or can be used a breakout area being closely located to The Studio Room.

The Den: The Den can host meetings up to twelve attendees and is perfect for board meetings.

The Common Room: The Common Room is a flexible space for events and can host up to fifty attendees. The space can be utilized for a multitude of uses and includes a projector screen for professional events.

The Nook: The Nook is a cozy room for intimate meetings that require focus and attention.
