Indulge in Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and elegant cocktails in contemporary yet timeless setting at Maison Delano Paris.
No hotel in one of the world’s greatest food cities is complete without a crave-worthy eatery. Helmed by Michelin-starred Chef Dani García, La Chambre Bleue in the hotel’s historic courtyard certainly fits the bill. Of course, as Paris is also known for its incredible nightlife, guests will also want to indulge in a drink or two at the hotel’s stylish Delano Bar.
La Chambre Bleue
Named for Pablo Picasso’s painting of the same name (also known as The Blue Room), La Chambre Bleue draws influences from Málaga, the homeland of both the iconic French artist and Chef Dani García, who each carried their creative vision from Spain to Paris. Fittingly, the restaurant specializes in French-Andalusian fusion cuisine, cooking up Mediterranean classics like paella, as well as plenty of seafood. La Chambre Bleue is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Delano Bar
Just like Paris itself, Delano Bar effortlessly blends traditionalism and modernity, making for a decidedly Parisian place to unwind at the end of the day. The menu offers an array of both signature aperitifs and digestifs alongside French fortified and sparkling wines, spirits, vermouths, and bitters. Local and seasonal produce are the perfect accompaniment to the bar’s mixed drinks, as is the eye-catching glassware they’re served in.
