Opened in 1962, the Half Moon Golf Course was designed by world-renowned architect Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and later modernized by Roger Rulewich, who expanded several greens, removed non-native foliage, and renovated bunkers. This masterpiece of a course winds its way through a retired sugarcane estate, hugging the foot of the hills overlooking Half Moon. With a classic layout, well-bunkered greens, and multiple sets of tees, it is a beautiful walking course perfect for experienced and novice golfers alike. Shallow-faced fairway bunkers and trade winds blowing off the Caribbean Sea help to keep things interesting.

In addition to a Golf Pro Shop, golfers will find a bunker practice green, putting green, and 50-yard pitching green. Professional instruction is also available through the Half Moon Golf Academy. The course’s caddies, four of whom have been helping players since 1962, are another wealth of knowledge, offering both expertise on how to achieve a birdie putt and fascinating stories from their years of experience.
