Green Conference
Fretheim Hotel is committed to protecting the environment and preserving the natural beauty of the world for future generations. As such, the hotel offers environmentally conscious customers an option to host a Green Conference. The concept of Green Conferences was created by the Eco-Lighthouse Foundation in 2012, with the aim of a more sustainable alternative to conferences. Among other initiatives, guests can expect a focus on organic food, minimizing the use of red meat and menus adapted to WWF World Wide Fund for Nature's seafood guide. In accordance with the Foundation's requirements, hosts looking to hold a Green Conference at Fretheim Hotel must be environmentally certified or be in the proccess of becoming certified.
