Along with serving local, Houston-based coffee roaster JAVA PURA coffee, Buffalo Bayou also serves freshly made, light fare breakfast, and lunch. Freshly baked pastries, handmade sandwiches, salads, flatbreads, and a daily featured homemade soup are all available for consumption alongside some of the best coffee from around the world. JAVA PURA mostly deals in Fair Trade and organic coffees. In some cases, some beans are produced on a limited basis and sent to JAVA PURA for their sole use. In all cases, beans are made available to customers 24 hours after roasting to guarantee an optimal coffee experience.
