The restaurant was relaunched in 2013 (with a renovation by architect Thierry Despont) to include a grand bar, tea by Palais des Thés, and a new menu featuring inspired American fare.

• Imbibe a signature cocktail and take in the stylishly elegant ambience of the Rose Club, occupying the space where the hotel's Persian Room nightclub once hosted talents such as Bob Hope, Kay Thompson, and Liza Minnelli. The Rose Club menu features a select epicurean menu to accompany its array of wines, champagnes, and cocktails. It still hosts live jazz nights.
