Via Sophia is a scratch kitchen with the pasta and pizza dough made in-house, and classic dishes such as Bucatini Cacio e Pepe are paired with specialty cocktails, craft beers, and an expertly curated wine list. High-end urban design is complimented by more rustic Italian touches such as antique pizza sliders and neat piles of firewood used to light the restaurant's custom Mario Acunto pizza oven.
