  • Savor a bowl of Bookbinder’s Soup at either The Drake Hotel’s Coq d’Or or Hugo’s Frog Bar & Fish House. Bookbinder’s Soup is named after the restaurant that created the soup, Bookbinder’s, which open in 1865 in Philadelphia. It’s a stew made with vegetables and red snapper.

  • Sip a cold beverage or get a nibble at the Green Door Tavern nearby. This structure was built in 1872 after the Great Chicago Fire. After construction and when the building settled, it developed a lean, which is still noticeable today.

  • Taste the best that Chicago has to offer by sampling iconic dishes that include Chicago-style deep dish pizza, a Chicago-style Italian beef sandwich, and a Chicago-style hot dog.
