The Ranchers Club sets the standard in fine dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests are surrounded by an upscale western atmosphere featuring ranches of the west. Favorite fare includes a hot breakfast buffet, casual lunch and comfort food made with the freshest ingredients. Taylor’s Dining Room is a teaching restaurant where students create menus, serve diners and manage the restaurant as part of the School of Hotel and Restaurant curriculum. Lunch is offered Tuesday – Friday during the semester. Westside Café is a student-operated quick service restaurant offering a variety of sandwiches and salads.
