Explore the Medicine Wheel in the Big Horn Mountains. It is not know who built this large, stone structure of local white limestone, or when it was crafted, but it has been used by many regional Native American tribes, including the Arapahoe and Crow, for many generations as a place of spiritual worship and sacred ceremony. The Medicine Wheel was designated a U.S. National Historic Landmark in 1970.
