The Omni Royal Orleans has built a reputation over the years as a hotspot for paranormal activity. Many accounts involve the spirit of a maid who wanders the halls at night. Staff members believe she is tirelessly ensuring that every guest at the hotel as a pleasant experience. One tenant even recalled waking to find her ghostly apparition attempting to change the sheets of their bed while they were still in it! It was almost as if the maid was doing her best to keep the guests warm and have an enjoyable sleep. Other stories abound of disembodied moans and other phantom noises resounding throughout the building, as well.
