The largest meeting room is 1,245 sq ft and theater-style capacity is 138 guests and banquet-style is 100 guests.

The meeting room on the first floor of the Omni Berkshire Place is the Vanderbilt Room and it is divisible with a soundproof airwall.

The Juilliard Foyer provides an additional 500+ sq ft that includes a private bar, marble floors and display area. All rooms have wall-to-wall carpet with solid-wall construction for privacy and security and are wired to integrate state-of-the-art technology with any presentation. The comfort and conveniece of the function space allow for a flexible and stress-free event with techonologically capable staff on hand in case the need arises. Catering is also available from custom chef-inspired menus.
