A gem in the heart of Big Spring, Texas, Hotel Settles is a historic 1930s-era hotel that has been beautifully restored to its original elegance, with stylish details that evoke the charm, craftsmanship and architectural details of an earlier era. This full-service independently owned boutique hotel has a wonderful combination of true Texas hospitality and relaxed elegance, with 65 guestrooms and 15,000 sq. ft. of function space including the opulently restored Grand Ballroom and lobby.

Heritage Rooms

The Heritage Rooms are located on the third level of the hotel, which has been completely restored to the original 1930s floor plan. Averaging 150 to 250 sq. ft., these simple, historically inspired rooms have a queen or king bed, 100% cotton bedding, traditional furnishings and modest bathrooms with pedestal-style fixtures and vintage Art Deco tile. The hotel also offer the Heritage Room with Parlor, which has an elegant parlor area with separate queen bedroom. Or, if guests are here for a longer stay in Big Spring, a few of the Extended Stay Rooms come with one king and a kitchenette, which includes a microwave, mini-refrigerator and small pantry. (Rooms with parlors and kitchenettes are limited, so please book early.)

Tower Rooms

Located on the higher floors, Tower Rooms are elegant, spacious accommodations with separate seating and dressing areas. With only five guestrooms per floor, each is decorated with beautiful hardwood furniture, 100% cotton bedding and luxurious interior fabrics. The spacious bathrooms have marble surfaces and walk-in showers; some also have tubs. We also have two ADA-compliant rooms with showers and king-sized beds. Tower Rooms specifically come in four different varieties: Superior Tower Rooms, Deluxe Tower Rooms, Sunrise Terrace Rooms, and Sunset Terrace Rooms.

Ryan Suite

Located on the penthouse level, the Ryan Suite overlooks the pool and landscaped courtyard. This suite features a king bed, spacious bathroom with marble-enclosed bubbler tub, walk-in spa shower and separate dressing area.

Penthouse Suite

The Penthouse Suite has more than 1,200 sq. ft. of space, with two beautifully decorated rooms, both with two queen beds, along with one adjoining bathroom. This suite also has a wet bar and refrigerator, as well as a huge bathroom with a soaking tub and multi-head body spray shower, providing a luxurious Big Spring getaway. The Penthouse Suite can also be booked as a one-bedroom suite with two queen beds.

Presidential Suite

The Hotel Settle’s most elegant suite. The Presidential Suite features more than 1,400 sq. ft. of space, including a room with a king-sized bed, spacious living area, and custom furniture with elegant finishes. The adjoining marbled bath has an oversized bubbler tub, separate steam shower, dual sinks and a large walk-in closet.
