Hotel on Phillips

Located in the heart of historic downtown Sioux Falls along the Big Sioux River, the Hotel On Phillips was originally built as the Sioux Falls National Bank in 1918. A century later in 2018, Hotel On Phillips began its restoration and transition into an upscale boutique hotel featuring 90 unique guestrooms and suites. The hotel’s spacious lobby boasts the original 16-ton, 24-bolt bank vault with a walk-through into the lounge, which features beautiful terrazzo flooring. The public spaces include an upper-level mezzanine which overlooks the lobby, a fitness center and spa, boardroom, a cozy library, and Hattie’s Parlour, where guests can host private events for up to 60 people.
