However, should anyone choose not to use the on-site services, they are welcome to contact their own Audio-Visual Services or bring their own personal equipment, at no additional charge.

Colonnade Ballroom
Originally built in 1924, the Colonnade ballroom is beautifully appointed with stately columns, high ceilings, expensive window, and has access to the outdoor patio, which overlooks downtown. This 2,726 sq. ft. ballroom is perfect for meal functions, cocktail receptions, and themed events. Connected to the Colonnade Ballroom is the Magnolia South restaurant. During breakfast this space holds a delicious southern breakfast buffet. Once breakfast service has concluded it is closed for private functions. Magnolia South is the perfect location for a lunch for up to 80 people or a fun casual reception.

Shenandoah Ballroom
This 4,453 sq. ft. multi-functional space can be utilized as one large meeting space or be divided into three separate meeting rooms to accommodate any groups’ unique needs ranging from breakout sessions, to exhibit space and everything in between.
