The Main Building and North Bay House guestrooms are closed for renovations until April 30, 2018. The Spa, Marina, and South Bay House buildings have been completely renovated and are open for guests.

The Main Building King Suites are located in the Main Building with a touch of historic charm. This suite is the perfect option for a small family traveling on vacation, or for a weekend get-away with special historic touches.
The King Bayside Spa Suites offers the comfort of the guestrooms with an additional parlor area that allows for that extra space some guests need. The parlor area features a sleeper sofa, and is separated from the bedroom with French doors. These suites are located in the Spa Building with a bay view. It is the perfect option for a small family traveling on vacation, or for a romantic getaway.
The Bayside Executive Suites are perfect for someone wanting to entertain other guests during their stay, and offers plenty of room for a small family. These suites are located in two buildings: the North Bay House and the Marina Building. These suites feature picturesque views of Mobile Bay accented by the gently sloping branches of the majestic Grand Hotel oak trees. All of the suites have a king-size bed that is in an alcove nook. The parlor area has a dining table, sleeper sofa, two chairs, two televisions, coffee table, work desk, armoire, and kitchen area with an icemaker and refrigerator.
Double Queen Spa Suites offer plenty of sleeping options for a small family. Each suite is located in the Spa Building is a corner room that overlooks the lagoon. The bedroom feature two queen size beds, French doors that separate the bedroom from the parlor, and a balcony that overlooks the lagoon and resort. The parlor area features a sleeper sofa, two chairs, work desk, coffee table, and an armoire with a television.
Located in the Spa Building and North Bay House, Hospitality Parlorsare great option for guests of the hotel that have a large group and would like a room for everyone to meet and relax. The Hospitality Parlors located in the North Bay House are both located on the first floor with patios that overlook Mobile Bay. Each features a large parlor area with a dining table, sleeper sofa, chairs, coffee table, microwave, television, and kitchen area with an icemaker and refrigerator. There are two guest rooms (available at an additional fee) that connect to the Hospitality Parlors in the North Bay House, one with two double beds, and one with a king bed. The Hospitality Parlors located in the Spa Building each connect on one side to the Executive Suites, and to a King Guest Room on the other (available at an additional fee). These accommodations feature a Murphy bed, dining table, sleeper sofa, chairs, microwave, coffee table, television, and kitchen area with icemaker and refrigerator.
The Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa features two Honeymoon Suites, both located in the Spa Building. They feature bedrooms with a seating area and a king four-poster bed. French doors separate the bedroom from a parlor that features a sleeper sofa, two chairs, coffee table, work desk, an armoire with a television, and a balcony overlooking the Marina and Mobile Bay. Both suites’ bathrooms are accessible through the bedroom or the parlor, and feature jetted bathtubs and double vanity sinks.

The bedroom of the Governor’s Suite features a king bedroom with a balcony overlooking Mobile Bay, and large bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The parlor area features a multiple chairs, two large flat screen televisions, bamboo flooring, dining table, full bathroom, and large balcony overlooking Mobile Bay. Two rooms connect to the Governor’s Suite, both with two double beds (available at an additional fee).
Located on the fourth floor of the Spa Building, the Presidential Suite is the largest room with great views of the Marina and Mobile Bay. The suite features a bedroom with a seating area, king four-poster bed, and balcony overlooking the Marina and Mobile Bay. An expansive bathroom features a double vanity sink and separate jetted tub and shower. The parlor of the Presidential Suite features a large living area with a fireplace, work desk, dining table for eight, a baby grand piano, and balcony overlooking the Marina and Mobile Bay. The living area of the Presidential Suite has chairs, and a large mounted flat screen television above the fireplace. The suite also features a large kitchen area with a granite-countertop bar with four barstools, icemaker, microwave, and refrigerator. There is also a guest half bathroom located near the kitchen. Two rooms connect to the Presidential Suite, one with a king bed and one with two queen beds (available at an additional fee).
