Established in 1845, French Lick Springs Hotel attracted guests from around the world to experience the “miracle waters” of nearby sulfur springs. Listed in the National Register of Historic Places, French Lick Springs Hotel is currently one several structures that constitute the French Lick Resort. This wonderful holiday destination has 443 guestrooms and suites, a 105,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art Meeting and Event Center, and two championship golf courses designed by renowned architects Donald Ross and Pete Dye. The hotel’s Beaux-Arts architecture and ornate masonry were updated in a $600 million restoration project. The lobby and its gold leafing is the hotel’s showpiece, ushering guests into an era known for its peerless luxury.
