For an extravagant meeting or event, the Fairmont Olympic Hotel can accommodate 750 guests in a ballroom that exudes heritage and grandeur. Event planners are available for any special occasion, from weddings and galas to corporate meetings and mixers. The Spanish Ballroom
This unique ballroom, with soaring 20-foot high ceilings, Palladian windows, original oak walls from the 1920s, and ornate accents, can accommodate up to 400 seated or 750 standing under its crystal chandeliers.

The Garden
The Garden features classic Palladian windows bringing in the perfect natural light. It can accommodate up to 220 guests and impress each one.

Assembly Row
These five rooms are each decorated with silk wall coverings and are best suited for groups of 20-140, with the Cabinet Room perfect for keynote speeches.

The Metropole
The cosmopolitan Metropole room is perfect for grand events on a smaller scale. It features a pre-function area, oak-paneled walls, and can accommodate up to 250 people.
