Driving Directions
From the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport: Bear right on Route 26 (Baldiorioty de Castro Avenue) and follow the signs to SAN JUAN for about 4-1/2 miles. Continue over the Condado Lagoon bridge where the road merges and becomes Route 25 (Munoz Rivera Avenue). Follow the roadway as its curves into the old city, bearing to your right. As you approach Fort San Cristobal, the entranceway to Old San Juan, take the first right hand turn onto Norzagaray Street. You will pass Fort San Cristobal as you continue up the hill and further up Norzagaray Street you will see Fort El Morro approaching on the right. At the plaza right before the fort make a left-hand turn and you will be on the beginning of Cristo Street. At the top of the small hill, bear left, then right, around the plaza. Two blocks down the hill on your right you will see El Convento. Across from the hotel, there is valet parking available.
