Since its opening in December 1999, the restaurant has skyrocketed to the top of the list of fine dining establishments in Northeast Florida with their eclectic cuisine; a masterful blend of American, Asian, Mediterranean, Caribbean and Moroccan influences.
The chef brings a new level of dining to St. Augustine's with a refined mix of cafes, galleries and restaurants, attracting VIPs, heads of state, and gourmets alike. The chef creates a seasonal menu, offering innovative flavor combinations that highlight fresh local seafood and produce.
Guests dine in one of three different jewel-toned rooms filled with luxuriously appointed furnishings and upholstered banquettes. Hand-selected antiques and artisan-crafted chandeliers from the Mediterranean lend exotic nuance to the decor. In the Sultan's Room, lush palms, draped silk fabrics, and mosaic artwork transport diners to another world. The Cobalt Lounge is equally elegant, offering cocktails, appetizers and a delightful array of desserts. There’s also a European-style cafe on-site.
