The Palmer House®, A Hilton Hotel (1871) in Chicago has its 150 year anniversary this month on September 26th. There is no better way to celebrate than with the Palmer House Brownie, first developed at the hotel's kitchen for the Chicago 1893 World's Fair Columbian Exposition. The same recipe remains one of the hotel’s most popular confections. Try it for yourself!
