Hacienda Santa Rosa, A Luxury Collection Hotel, is a former manorial house that dates to the earliest period of Spanish Colonial rule. It was fully restored in 1998, using traditional techniques that preserved the architectural integrity of the location. The original structures were repurposed to serve as a luxury boutique hotel without having sacrificed its unique historic character. Guests now visit the hacienda to stroll through the local villages, and gaze upon the area’s breathtaking scenery.
