The Battle House, Renaissance

Originally built in 1852, The Battle House, Renaissance is located in Mobile's revitalized downtown, and is situated near the riverfront and Arthur R. Outlaw Convention Center. Established on the site of a military headquarters set up by Andrew Jackson during the war of 1812, the property served as a Confederate hospital during the Civil War, hosted many American generals and statesmen, and was the center of local high society for more than a century. Guestrooms evoke the opulence of gracious Southern living and provide the reassurance of modern conveniences and technology. The Trellis Room delights with amazing Italian dishes, awe-inspiring cathedral ceilings, and an upscale show kitchen. The Spa at the Battle House boasts a full salon, eight treatment rooms, and a Zen-like fire pit in our spectacular, tranquil Quiet Room.
